Shipping Policy

1. Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of your order and depend upon the method and option you choose. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all final weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

2. Orders are typically shipped out within 3-4 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders that include personalization may take a little extra time. If you have a specific “need by” date please contact us via Toll Free 1-866-99-SaraK or email sarakcreations@yahoo.com, we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Once you order has shipped, you cannot cancel or request a refund with the exception of requesting a return in accordance with the return policy.

4. For packages returned as undeliverable for any reason (except for the fault of the shipping company or Sara K Creations), we must hold you responsible and directly charge your credit card for the original S&H fees as well as any additional return fees.

5. Shipping companies impose a charge (sometimes $5.00 or more according to their prevailing published tariffs) for each incorrect or incomplete delivery address. We must make it YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to ensure the complete and accurate entry of your shipping address into our system. If a shipping company imposes an address-related surcharge for your shipment, we will directly bill your credit card for the amount.

6. For any additional costs related to the delivery of the package, we will directly charge your credit card. Reasons for such additional charges include, but are not limited to, change of address, incomplete address information and change of delivery method.
