1. Returns only apply for damaged goods or incorrect spelling (due to the fault of Sara K Creations) on personalized items. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct spelling when entered during the ordering process.

2. Sara K Creations offers many items that are custom made and made-to-order especially for you, to your specifications. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on these items, as they are made-to-order.

4. Items that cannot be returned due to health regulations include; breast pumps, breast pads, and diapers.
